Refund policy

Research peptides are cold-chain biologicals; once a vial leaves our temperature-controlled supply chain we can't safely accept it back into stock. This policy explains the narrow set of situations in which we do refund or re-ship.

1. What is refundable

We issue full refunds in three cases:

  • QC mismatch — the batch COA included with your shipment shows purity below 99.0%, mass mismatch, or endotoxin failure. Email us a photo of the COA and the lot number on the vial within 30 days.
  • Order never delivered — the shipment is lost or rejected at US customs through no fault of yours. We re-ship one (1) time at our cost or refund your choice.
  • Cancelled before dispatch — you cancel the order before the chemist pulls the vial from cold storage (typically within 12 hours of payment clearing).

2. What is not refundable

For sterility and chain-of-custody reasons we cannot accept returns of opened vials, vials whose seal is broken, vials shipped without their original packaging, or vials that have been outside refrigeration for more than two hours. Custom synthesis orders and bulk purchase orders are non-refundable once the synthesis chemist has been assigned. Crypto payments are non-reversible by the network; if the order is cancelled before dispatch we refund in the same coin to a wallet address you supply.

3. Cold-chain failures

Our cold-pack is validated to hold under 8°C for 96 hours from dispatch. If the included temperature indicator shows a breach on delivery, photograph the indicator and the unopened package and email us within 24 hours. We re-ship the affected vials at our cost.

4. How to request a refund

Email orders@vestapeptides.com with: order number, the reason from section 1 above, photos where applicable, and your preferred outcome (refund vs re-ship). We aim to reply within one business day.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days. Bank transfers (ACH, wire, Zelle) settle within one to three further business days; crypto refunds settle as fast as the network confirms.

6. Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks bypass our refund process, cost us merchant-account fees, and slow down legitimate refund requests. Most issues are resolved by email within a day.
