Overview
Klow at a glance
Klow extends the GLOW blend with a fourth component, the tripeptide KPV, which corresponds to the C-terminal sequence of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Like the other components it has its own reference page with formula, mass and literature.
KPV and the GHK peptide are close in mass: KPV has a monoisotopic mass of 342.2267 Da and GHK has 340.1859 Da, so their [M+H]+ ions at m/z 343.23 and 341.19 sit two mass units apart and their isotope envelopes partly overlap on a low-resolution instrument. The two are separated by retention time, which is why a blend needs liquid chromatography in front of the mass spectrometer.
Vesta lists Klow as a kit of 10 vials with 80 mg per vial. The figure is the sum of the four declared component masses.
Composition
Klow composition
The composition below is the manufacturer's specification for one vial. Amounts are declared masses of each material; they are not measured values for a particular batch.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu (GHK peptide component) | 50 mg | C14H24N6O4 | 340.38 | 340.1859 |
| BPC-157 | 10 mg | C62H98N16O22 | 1419.54 | 1418.7042 |
| TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) | 10 mg | C212H350N56O78S | 4963.44 | 4960.4863 |
| KPV | 10 mg | C16H30N4O4 | 342.43 | 342.2267 |
Declared total: 80 mg of material per vial.
Expected ions by component
Use these values to look for each component in an LC-MS run of the blend. Ions are calculated from the monoisotopic masses above. See the guide to average and monoisotopic mass.
| Component | Expected m/z |
|---|---|
| GHK-Cu (GHK peptide) | [M+H]+ 341.1932 |
| BPC-157 | [M+H]+ 1419.7115 · [M+2H]2+ 710.3594 |

Analytical notes for batch documents
- A single purity percentage does not describe a blend. Ask for a chromatogram on which each component peak is labelled, and for the amount of each component per vial, not only the total mass of powder.
- In a generic gradient, peaks from different components can overlap, so extracted-ion chromatograms for each expected mass are more reliable than the UV trace alone.
- Check four identities in one sample: the GHK peptide (copper species), BPC-157, thymosin beta-4 and KPV. The expected ions of each are listed on this page.
- Because the GHK and KPV ions are only two mass units apart, use retention time together with accurate mass, and check the isotope pattern of each peak.
- The 50 mg GHK-Cu figure may refer to the copper complex or to the GHK peptide. Confirm which on the batch documents.
- Peptide blends should be compared with the single-component batches by HPLC retention time, so that each peak in the blend can be assigned.
- TB-500 is used for the full thymosin beta-4 sequence and, by some sellers, for a short fragment. The table above uses the full sequence; the mass found in the blend shows which one the vial contains.
- The molecular weight of a vial of powder includes counter-ions and water; the share of the powder that is peptide is the net peptide content.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Klow?
Klow is a pre-mixed four-peptide research blend with 80 mg of material per vial: 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV, according to the manufacturer's specification.
What is the molecular weight of Klow?
Klow is a mixture, so it has no single molecular weight. Its defined components have the following average molecular weights: GHK-Cu 340.38 g/mol; BPC-157 1419.54 g/mol; TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) 4963.44 g/mol; KPV 342.43 g/mol.
How can I check the identity of a batch of Klow?
Check each defined component separately: find its expected ions in the LC-MS data and confirm that its own chromatographic peak carries them. Ask for the formulation sheet, the declared amount of every ingredient and the assay used for each, and confirm that the batch code on the report matches the vial.
Which Klow products does Vesta list?
Vesta lists 1 product for Klow: 80 mg per vial in kits of 10 vials. Prices are shown per kit in US dollars, and shipping is paid by the customer.
What does Klow contain?
According to the manufacturer's specification each vial contains 50 mg GHK-Cu, 10 mg BPC-157, 10 mg TB-500 and 10 mg KPV, 80 mg in total. The batch certificate of analysis should confirm the identity of each component.
What is the difference between Klow and GLOW?
Klow is GLOW plus 10 mg of KPV. The other three components and their amounts are the same, so the total rises from 70 mg to 80 mg per vial.
Why is KPV hard to tell apart from the GHK peptide by mass alone?
The two tripeptides differ by only about 2.04 Da (342.2267 Da for KPV, 340.1859 Da for GHK). Their isotope envelopes overlap at low resolution, so retention time and accurate mass should be used together.
