Antifibrinolytic for heavy menstrual bleeding, surgical hemorrhage prevention, trauma-related bleeding, and skin lightening (topical). Reduces bleeding by preventing clot breakdown.
How it Works
Binds lysine sites on plasminogen and plasmin — competitively inhibits fibrinolysis, preventing dissolution of blood clots and reducing bleeding duration and volume.

Common Side Effects
