Erectile dysfunction (ED) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Enables erections by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
How it Works
PDE5 inhibitor — blocks phosphodiesterase type 5, allowing cGMP to accumulate and smooth muscle in penile arteries to relax, increasing blood flow.

Common Side Effects
Headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, visual disturbances (blue tinge). Rarely: priapism (prolonged erection — medical emergency), sudden hearing loss.
Safety Warnings
Do NOT combine with nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide) — fatal hypotension risk. Caution with alpha-blockers, antihypertensives, CYP3A4 inhibitors. Avoid grapefruit juice. Contraindicated with riociguat. International shipping: 7–14 days
