Common Side Effects
Ejaculatory dysfunction (retrograde ejaculation — common), dizziness, orthostatic hypotension, rhinitis. Intraoperative Floppy Iris Syndrome (IFIS) with cataract surgery.
Safety Warnings
IFIS: always inform ophthalmologist before cataract surgery — even if tamsulosin is stopped. Orthostatic hypotension especially with first dose. Avoid strong CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 inhibitors. International shipping: 7–14 days
