What is Qutan 300mg (QUETIAPINE)?
Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder (manic, depressive, maintenance phases), and MDD adjunct. At low doses (12.5–100mg), widely used off-label for insomnia and anxiety.
How it Works
Antagonist at D2, 5-HT2A, H1, alpha-1 adrenergic, and muscarinic receptors. H1 blockade causes sedation. Low D2 blockade reduces extrapyramidal side effects.
