What is Selank?

Selank (Tuftsin analog — GABAergic anxiolytic neuropeptide) is a 7-amino acid synthetic tuftsin analog. Tuftsin analog with GABA-A receptor modulating activity (anxiety reduction without sedation), hippocampal BDNF upregulation, and enkephalinase inhibition extending opioid peptide activity.
