What is PEG-MGF??

PEG-MGF (Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor, CAS 88096-37-7) is the polyethylene glycol-conjugated form of native MGF (IGF-1 Ec splice variant). Molecular formula C121H200N42O39, MW ~2888 g/mol (core peptide). PEGylation extends the half-life from ~5-7 minutes (native MGF) to 48-72 hours, enabling systemic distribution and sustained satellite cell activation.
