Common Side Effects
Neutropenia (very common and dose-limiting), fatigue, nausea, infections, mouth sores, diarrhea, alopecia, anemia, thrombocytopenia.
Safety Warnings
CBC monitoring mandatory (weekly for first 2 cycles, monthly thereafter). Dose reductions for grade 3/4 neutropenia. QT prolongation risk. CYP3A4 substrate — multiple interactions. Embryofetal toxicity. International shipping: 7–14 days
