What is Naltison 50mg (NALTREXONE)?

Opioid antagonist for alcohol use disorder and opioid use disorder. At low doses (LDN 1.5–4.5mg), used off-label for autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, Crohn’s disease, and immune modulation.

How it Works

Full opioid receptor antagonist at standard doses. At LDN doses, brief blockade paradoxically upregulates endogenous opioids and modulates microglial TLR4 immune signaling.

Common Side Effects
