What is Lyvelsa 20mg (1X14) (SACUBITRIL / VALSARTAN)?

ARNI for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) — the most significant advance in heart failure pharmacology in decades. Now standard of care in HFrEF.

How it Works

Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin preventing natriuretic peptide degradation. Valsartan blocks AT1 receptor. Together they augment natriuretic peptides and block angiotensin II — superior to ACEI or ARB alone.
