What is Kolchismart 1.2mg (COLCHICINE)?

How it Works

Binds tubulin dimers inhibiting microtubule polymerization — prevents neutrophil chemotaxis to inflamed joints. Blocks NLRP3 inflammasome and IL-1beta release.
