What is Emeset 8mg (ONDANSETRON)?
5-HT3 receptor antagonist antiemetic for chemotherapy-induced nausea/vomiting (CINV), post-operative nausea/vomiting (PONV), radiation-induced nausea, and pregnancy morning sickness.
How it Works
Selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist — blocks serotonin in vagal afferents and the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ), preventing nausea signals from reaching the vomiting center.
