Enzyme replacement therapy for exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) due to cystic fibrosis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatectomy, or pancreatic cancer. Restores proper digestion.
How it Works
Contains lipase, amylase, and protease — replaces deficient pancreatic enzymes to enable nutrient digestion and absorption in the small intestine. Lipase activity most critical.

Common Side Effects
GI effects (nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, constipation). High doses in CF: fibrosing colonopathy (rare but serious). Hyperuricemia at very high doses.
Safety Warnings
Swallow whole — do not crush or chew (mucous membrane irritation). Take with every meal and snack. Do not exceed recommended dose in CF patients. International shipping: 7–14 days
