What is Coversyl Am 4/5mg (PERINDOPRIL)?

ACE inhibitor for hypertension, stable coronary artery disease, heart failure, diabetic nephropathy, and peripheral arterial disease. Well-studied in cardiovascular prevention.

How it Works

Prodrug converted to perindoprilat — inhibits ACE, reducing angiotensin II formation and increasing bradykinin. Reduces vasoconstriction and aldosterone.
