CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin Blend (GH secretagogue stack — dual GHRH-R + GHSR-1a activation) is a Pre-blended CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin (equimolar per vial). Pre-blended combination of CJC-1295 No DAC (GHRH receptor activation — pituitary somatotrophs) and ipamorelin (GHSR-1a ghrelin receptor — independent GH-releasing pathway). Simultaneous activation of both independent GH-releasing pathways produces synergistic GH pulse amplitude greater than either alone. Ipamorelin selectivity minimises HPA axis confounds.
