How it Works

Common Side Effects
Fatigue, dizziness (more than selective beta-blockers — alpha blockade), bradycardia, hypotension (especially first dose), cold extremities, weight gain in HF.
Safety Warnings
First-dose hypotension especially if on diuretics — start low dose. Do not abruptly discontinue. Bronchospasm risk (non-selective). Masks hypoglycemia. Reduce dose in hepatic impairment. International shipping: 7–14 days
